Please use the catalog, ordering functions, account features and support resources only for legitimate shopping and communication.

Catalog and transaction terms

Interference, fraud, account misuse and intellectual-property infringement are prohibited. We seek to keep descriptions, media and prices accurate, while recognizing that screens, packaging and minor product details may differ. Submitting checkout is an offer; inventory, authorization, address, risk, price or technical issues may prevent acceptance. Taxes and shipping charges are shown where applicable.

Shipping and after-sales options

Delivery information is set out in the Shipping Policy. The store accepts approved defective and non-defective returns of new items and accepts exchanges. A non-defective item must be unused and in original condition, and the request window is 30 calendar days from delivery. Approved merchandise is returned by mail using the free prepaid label enclosed in the parcel, with no restocking fee. The Refund Policy explains approval, return-address confirmation and refund initiation within 10 days.

Legal rights and revisions

Applicable consumer protections that cannot be waived continue to apply. Other responsibility limits operate only where lawful. Protected site material may not be misused.
