Payment review and holds

We begin normal fulfillment only after authorization. An issuer may decline payment, request a verification step or temporarily reserve funds. Check the billing information and consult the issuer before making repeated attempts that could create more pending holds.

Keep credentials in checkout

Do not send full card numbers, verification codes or passwords in support messages. Payment providers handle sensitive card data. The seven footer icons are a fixed merchant-confirmed display and do not represent seven separately completed test payments.

Credits after an approved return

Our Refund Policy covers approved returns for defective and non-defective new goods as well as exchange requests. For an approved refund, we process and initiate the original-method credit within 10 days; the provider may need more time to post it. Contact the store through Contact Us when assistance is needed.
