Once checkout authorization succeeds, the selected OXO merchandise enters the store's dispatch process.

Two separate time periods

Order handling generally requires about 1–2 business days. The carrier then needs an estimated 4–6 business days after shipment. Business days do not include weekends or applicable holidays, and neither estimate promises delivery on a fixed date.

Delivery details and shipment updates

Eligible locations, shipping prices and order thresholds are presented at checkout. Review the street, unit, city, region and postal code before placing the order. A tracking link follows dispatch, but carrier events can take time to refresh.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

Send pudoqabu949@gmail.com the order reference, checkout email and tracking number when delivery is late, cannot be found, appears delivered without receipt, or arrives damaged. Photographs of the parcel and item are useful when the condition is involved.
